The concept for our restaurant had been in development for many years and we finally were able to pursue our dream. With the help form our family and our Taiwanese vendor, we have curated the recipes for Sugar Spice. The idea of Pho and Boba came about when we would go out to eat Pho and then afterwards we would stop by our favorite Boba shop to complete our craving. So why not put both of our favorite things together and create the best of both world. The Vietnamese dishes are from our family recipes. We love Vietnamese cuisines and want to share it with our community. We also want to create a sense of belonging for our family within the community by introducing our culture and food. We owe a HUGE thank you to our Taiwanese vendor for teaching us everything we need to know about Authentic Taiwanese Tea. We took what we learned and started crafting our own recipes.
